Flipkart, a giant online retailer store, contains almost all sections of household items as compared to other online shopping which is very good, but the presentation of product in website is not so good and description of product is also not good, such as poor image zoom-in & zoom-out, detailing, bad quality image apparel section particularly which create a great confusion over its product quality to its customers,
If we are talking about delivery time of products, Flipkart provides worst of worst, It is not stick to what it said, you can say it delivered product almost 10 days later, according to my experience
Flipkart Website is very good as compared to its App. Flipkart App should need to be updated badly.
Product Reliability can’t be judge by customer if the product quality is of 3rd class quality.
