This is the first time I am placing an order for books online. I don’t have much experience with other websites. but with flipkart.com, it was a nice shopping experience. I have read the previous reviews here and it was a mixed bag of reactions.
their prices were reasonable and some of them were cheaper than the price from market. they have got a wide range of books, some of them may take longer to get. some books were out of stock and may not be available. but they do have most new releases. and most of these were available at discounted rates.
their customer service were helpful and received the books in excellent condition and well packed. they could improve their website and enhance the shopping experience for the customers. not quite upto amazon.com. but I didn’t find other online bookstores any better or any worse than them.
but it was hassle free and happy about that.
