I have ordered a mobile phone on Flipkart. Seller has promptly packed and shipped the product from Kolkata. It reached the nearest hub in Bangalore in 6 Hrs. Its now re-routed locally in Bangalore and status shows "in transit" from past 24 Hrs. When I call up their customer care to check on its location, even they aren’t sure to which location has it been re-routed and why. As per their committed date, I must receive it day after tomorrow, so I presume they must be sleeping on it (no other explanation for a product in transit for 24 Hrs within Bangalore city).
Looking at their shipment history, I felt their promptness is quite remarkable with their status updates even on weekends:

Right when I started admiring their promptness, they started exhibiting the other side of the coin, call it laziness, lack of accountability or whatever. I picture them sitting on my phone with their lazy fat asses barely or carelessly trying to move it (inertia of "loose" motion!). And the best part is I offered them to go their facility, pay cash & pick up my product, but, their "Area 51" is probably too secretive that an ordinary customer service executive would not know its location.
At last, I hope I get my phone at least on committed date and they deliver it without loosing it in one of their clandestine (shady) facilities. And if they do, I am sure they qualify to be called a "shitkart".
