Bought 2 Philips Headset few days back. The server was bit slow at that time and the two order got placed. I got a call afternoon and the told they saw 3 orders 2 placed and one is duplicate order, they asked me to cancel one order and I asked them to cancel the duplicate order created due to their site error.
After few hours I got a mail that one of the order got shipped, one got cancelled and one order needs more time to deliver. Again after few hours I got another notification that the shipped item is returned as it was a duplicate order. So they cancelled two orders and the last order is now in same status which is showing order placed.
Customer supports agreed that the cancellation was due to their error.
This kind of issue cancellation of items without consent is now a regular issue with flipkart.
So think before buying.
