I bought a lot of things from Flipkart. But, this time, I was not impressed by it. Recently, I made an order of flip cover for my’Samsung galaxy a3’ for Rs.159 from Flipkart to keep it in a safer way. When I got the item at my hand, I was not happy to see it broken.
I made complaint to customer service of Flipkart. They told me that they would replace the item soon. But, instead of replacing the product, they paid me back in my account. And, nobody had come to get the product back.
