India’s biggest online store for
Mobiles,
Fashion( Cloths/Shoes) ,
Electronics,
HomeAppliances,
Books, Jewelry,
Home Furniture, Sporting goods,
Beauty & personal care and many more, endless products available on their website.
Product quality : -
Their is no issue with the products, almost products are so good.
But I totally disappointed with their service and handling of couriers, from their associates in store, or delivery boys.
Customers service : -
Service is very bad; even they don’t know how to talk with the customers.
I share my experience with you guys, I order addidas shoes from their website, and one thing their site not working properly, its also be create discrepancy, you can reload site again and again, then after 15 minutes, I can order a single product.
And about their store, and handling, no words to say, delivery boy can call me, sir your packet is delivered your address, are you available, but that time iam not available their, so I say, I collect packet from their store, bcz its near by my home.
When I visit, what I see, they also play with the packet catch- 2, and say ye packet 6 phase, 7 phase, 12 sector, catch xyx person and says, yes iam delivered their.
What the bullshit, they don’t know product must be broken or damage.
After I see this, I think twice or thrice can I order online or not, its better for me I can buy product from the showroom, and save time and money, it much satisfactory.

As I say their is no issue with the products, but their services are not good; worse I think.
