Friends My Experience with Fliokart Is really bad .One Time I bought a Letv Le 2 From Flipkart few days back Right from day 1, I was facing issues its fingerprint sensor. I though it could be because of software issues or my fingers not getting detected properly.
I waited for 8 days and tried many combinations of fingers with my friends also trying to register their finger on my mobile and trying to unlock it.
Result was same: Fingerprint sensor is working only 5 out of 10 times i.e 50% of the times, it’s not picking the fingerprints properly.
I called flipkart and asked for a return or replacement. I was told to wait for a day so that their technician ( probably a 12th pass guy who just knew how to reset the phone) could visit and see the problem. The technician visited, did a hard reset and told me their is a problem with fingerprint sensor. He will tell his boss to process the refund as their was no replacement available for the model I bought.
