These guys delivered my TV order a day late… that too their delivery agent called and talked rudely to reschedule the order coz he was late even though as per tracking info the order was out for delivery for last 4 hours and the place was few Kms away from my location! Yes in fact the warehouse was not too far from the delivery address either. and he said it was a software issue… So he can’t deliver, forget about the delivery during the scheduled timings.
I called Flipkart and they said as per their records the item was out for delivery so they can’t reschedule… So now I was at the mercy of their delivery agent… Whom I called again and despite his rude tone I requested for rescheduling and he agreed for delivering it next day at 11 am but delivered after 5 pm…
They don’t have control or contact info of their delivery partners or they simply don’t want to cooperate coz they already got the money for your order as well as for Flipkart First subscription…. Also the customer service guy was in a hurry to hang up…
Don’t fall for this shit… It’s like once you pay for this service you give them a license to take you for granted and harass you.
Flipkart first is the service in which you pay to get non-cooperative customer service who know you can’t go anywhere. You can picture them laughing at your stupid thinking that you paid them for good service.
