Beware of Flipkart purchase, your product will not be delivered. There is no accountability from the company for the mess they create & even for refund you will end up begging the company.I placed order for a mattress via Flipkart on oct 3, paid money upfront & expected the delivery to happen in 1 week( by Oct 9) as per the timelines shared by flipkart. Even after 16 days No product delivery, no communication, no apology .There is only silence. I tried reaching flipkart via- Call center/chat/ email . Its hopeless. There is no escalation process in flipkart at all. There is no one wanting to resolve issue. Once you place order, you left in the lurch . I don’t know why flipkart wants to harass customers who wants to buy from them. When the product is not delivered till date, the refund has to be processed at least. Even that is not done . I’m left helpless & frustrated not knowing who to reach to solve the issue. I have saved all the service interactions with flipkart for further legal proceeding if any. I am cheated by flipkart after taking my money.
