Flipkart is having good growth from the past 1-2 years. I will write down what I feel like there pros and cons.
PS: Me and my family, uncle buy products from Flipkart. Most probably huge purchases happens during Flipkart’s big billion day.
Pros:
Genuine products.
Fashion items are good in quality and are affordable to ordinary people to rich.
There are local products which is cheaper but is worthy and are not too old items when it comes to Fashion items while comparing with Amazon.
Big saves during big billion day( eg: Puma shoes of ? was at ? during big billion day with ? off if using debit cards or phonepe.eg2: dell laptop of ? when big billion was ? and also have an sbi offer of -?, becomes a total cost of ?) .
Cons:
Slowest delivery.
Cash on delivery is available only on some areas in town.
packaging is average for some products.
some products which we ordered( paid and get the expected delivery date too) during big billion day sale will, they send with other products and after 1-2 days they will tell that the product is no more.( But why?, Where is the product gone after I made an order. It should have shown out of stock, if product is no more!).
Sorting order in mobile app seem to have bugs.
