It has been 2-3 months when I ordered a pack of 3 maybelline colossal kajal and maybelline baby lips from flipkart.It costed around 250 Rupees.I was very excited to see such a wonderful offer so, I could not resist to order it.
I waited for the order for 2 days and recieved it on the 3 rd day from the order date.
I excitedly opened the packing and to my surprise - It was the fake maybelline products that I have been delivered.As I have been using maybelline products from a long time , so I could easily recognise the fake packing.
I was shocked as flipkart is the most trusted website for online shopping and has a reputation.
Then I contacted the customer care , but they also did not respond properly so I applied for the return request which was fulfilled and I got my money back.
Here money was not a big deal , but the trust was broken and in any business trust is the most important factor.Now when I see offers on flipkart I doubt the quality of the product and without proper research I don’t order anything.
