Flipkart gave false information and offered something that it did not deliver. Flipkart website on 1st Oct 2013 displayed Samsung phone offer on Samsung Grand Duos which was expired already to lure customers wrongfully. Even customer support of Flipkart assured me of the offer saying offer is valid as it is mentioned on website which was prime reason for the buy.
Now when product is delivered without offered freebie, Flipkart’s shameless customer support dismissed my claim and offered to return my money by collecting Samsung grand. By now we have installed all apps, transferred contacts, SMS and started using the phone.
After fighting over email for over a week now they offer Rs 700 as compensation for freebie worth Rs.2250/- a Sennheiser headset on Samsung Grand Duos. Finally Indian online retailer who was looked for becoming one of the greatest is showing true qualities. Shame on Flipkart and its false information on its website.
I want unconditional apology for this inconvenience caused and my headset/ or equivalent amount other wise next step will be to go to consumer court for false information on website of flipkart.com.
