Flipkart taking customer for grated. defective

I bought KENT uv water purifier. They sent me defective product. Now they are not taking it back. First they told me to courier it back to them.(you can imagine it is 2 ft x 2ft x 2ft box.


When I told I cannot do so they told they are also not able to do and they are looking into it. now its almost 15 days. Everyday I am asking. Seems like flipkart have started thinking they are the king and no one can take their place so they have started taking consumer for granted.
