I ordered Dr. Batra Heena Rich Shampoo from Flipkart. They did not inform me about the availability of the Shampoo at that point of time. It is only 7 days after my order that they send me an sms saying, ’Product is not available due to unavailability.’ I fail to understand why have they mentioned, ’Stock available’ on their website.
I have never ordered from Flipkart. It was my first hand experience. Now. I will think thrice before purchasing and will try from other websites like SnapDeal, FashionandYou, Amazon, eBay, etc.
