I ordered a redmi note 6 pro from flipkart. As expected i got it in two days. However, the seller had no proper contact information like phone number or email address on the box receipt. More over the. Box was damaged and seal was tempered and the Sim ejector tool was missing from the box.i called the Flipkart customer care and they were not have facility of refund from seller. I did not want a Replacement. Though the seller mentioned that they only replace, in such cases flipkart should atleast have contact number of seller. The customer care told me they dont have contact details besides the address.
This is somewhat like a fraud of having those sellers sell products whose identity is not verified.
I have placed a return for now. But i really dont trust this seller. Flipkart should have an arrangement of refund. How can they just have such sellers on their site who dont have positive feedback?i am trying for a refund of this product. And in discussion with customer care team.
Also i am not anklets write review on their website. This is horrible. After complaining they say its a system error. And try again later. Seriously?? Such a big site and error for one product when it works for rest??
