I called Flipkart and asked about the delay of my order they said its out of delivery area so you have to order it fresh again. I mean they didnt even notified it before and the service experts cannot even handle the situation. Why have these people been hired for if they cant handle the situation. I then had to call the courier service for the reason of the delay and then they assured that there was a problem so they couldnt and they will deliver it by next day. These Flipkart people have no contact with the courier department and they say anything rather than knowing the exact reason. This is the worst site I have experienced with.
I had a better experience with amazon as it has a fast delivary cheap prices
one more most important thing flipkart shows low prices than amazon but it has a high dilivary fee eg: let a product of RS 100 on amazon, flipart shows it as 60 but dilivary charge is 80 what the is that then
I have many more reasons to preffere amazon than flipkart
