My personal experience is that use online shopping at your risk. I ordered one Glucometer with 100 test strip (Order # OD30803064309). It was suppose to be delivered by 12 Aug. But I didn’t. I informed customer care to delivered by 14th Aug else I will not be available. Again, it was not delivered by 14th Aug. When I arrived, informed my availability and then only it was delivered after 2 days. Isn’t it their responsibility to check customer availability ?
When I received my consignment, I didn’t open though of trusting Flipkart. When I opened it at home, so surprise to see that Glucometer box was open from side though having seal at top of bottom. Anyone can take out meter without breaking seal.
100 test strip box was open, no seal/sticker/gum. Box should be packed. I provided photo for same but they didn’t accepted. Even I was called by supplier they behave rudely like I am their slave. not at all professional. How they can be sure that I received product in well condition?
I paid for product so I must be getting in well condition. Since its healthcare product so must be in hygiene condition. But sorry to say this time they extremely disappointed and this come to me like online shopping is not at all good idea because in-case of any problem, none will take care you.
They will let you go to hell. They got money.
Suggestion to others - Would be better to visit some shop and purchase product by looking and verifying by your own eye. At least you know what you are purchasing and in what condition.
