I recently ordered a dell laptop from flipkart.com
It was defected and I made a return request, they told me that a technician would call me on Friday and then I received a message that theyll be calling me by Monday. I made 3 requests and finally received the call from technician, he was rude! he just wanted to make me realize that NO laptop is fine. Then he made a conference call with dell technician. Dell technician was a very nice person and I told him all the problem
flipkart made 3 days delay and 45 mins conference call. My laptop is still with me and im unable to return it. Me as a customer is very irritated with their return policy.
Go for AMAZON they are the best and always make their customer satisfy.
