I have been Online shopping since 2010 and my first choice is Flipkart. Now there has been a lot of online product purchasing websites but flipkart is something different; here some reasons
1) Product Quality: its 100% genuine and brand new, no second hand or used products they sell
2) Shipping and Delivery: When I was shopping since 2010 they shipped products through different top level courier like Bluedirt, First flight(with tracking ID) etc. Now they shipped products with their own courier service named ekart; that sounds good and so their delivery time also.
3) Product Availability: I choose a product but couldn’t buy because of the seller! In 2010 only Ws retail shipped products in our area but now availability is more than my previous experience with flipkart. Like no of sellers are more in our area with different types of products.
4) Customer Service&Return Policy: It depends on which types of product you buy! I faced several issues but flipkart always resolves my issues.I bought a mobile screen guard that doesn’t match my criteria; the seller delivered the wrong product but return policy returned my money; a guy came from ekart logistic service, i returned the product and with in 3days money returned to my bank account. Another incident happened; I bought a book from upkar publication but the writer was different, so same way I returned and got my money back.
5) Price: Now I agree with some people, the selling price is quite higher than snapdeal/amazon but total unit cost of a product not only depends on a single product.
What I dont like:
1) Delivery charges with in Rs 500 pains a lot
2) I missed the digital version of mp3 music they sold .The reason I don’t know why they shut down the service.
Overall Flipkart is the best Online selling service I ever experienced with.
