I have ordered Intex Aqua A4 mobile online from Flipkart on 2nd Nov 2017 and I received it by 5th Nov 2017. I found this mobile faulty as audio was not clear over call then raised return request very next day which is 6th Nov 2017.
Flipkarts technician verified the issue but then also flipkart rejected the return request by saying " its the software issue which will be fixed by Intex service center". I went to Intex service center and they told me that they can not fix it.
First of all I should not be receiving a faulty Mobile and in case if I received they should replace it as per the policy.
Instead of that Flipkart is making me to go to the service center and following-up with them Which I still did and service center could not fix it. after me following-up with Flipkart several times they have send it to Delhi service center.
I just want to understand why am I involved in these repair process, when I ordered the new mobile phone not the second hand.
What the hell is going on its been a month and I am without a mobile phone and with unnecessary extra work followup with flipkart and Intex service center and still with no solution.
Worst customer service, cant you replace it if not then refund my money back its almost one month.
