Hi guys I am an avid online buyer who buys practically everything online for the ease of it. .yes it’s troublesome at times but the time u save of commuting and the hassles involved with it tempts me otherwise.
I have bought in the last couple of months from flipkart alone a 21k mobile plus a couple of thousands worth of other electronic items.
But from the last month I have been feeling that flipkart has started to stop cabin about its buyers and wants to make money somehow may be it’s evaluation is running low or its investors are getting impatient which ever might be tge case.
They are not delivering what is promised . I had ordered a power bank rated 24000 mah.to my surprise when I received the order from flipkart the box was resealed dirty muddy and broken. .then powerboat itself was scratched dirty and looked really used and returned.
Including the chord.atleast u guys cud have sent a new chord and ve committed to the act but that required brains and your services staff needs to make a note of.anyhow obviously when I connected it it charged tge same mobile moto x play from flipkart for 2 percent and itself fell by 40 percent.what a joke of a product.anyhow.After waiting for more than a week my return replaced was delivered and similar story. .second hand used returned price was delivered. .
The same the 3 rd time.finally I decided enough is enough each time I take out my time to write to these guys about what’s going on ur taking my time and efforts for a joke.They wud not respond since its an automated system devoid of customer satisfaction touch points.This pushed me to try Amazon’s services and I was happily satisfied.well after the 3rd failed attempt and waisting my 1 month.I was refunded for it and I went like.good riddance.The ordeal wasn’t over yet .
I in my wishlist had a few fitness bands that I had earlier spent some time looking around and comparing to I thought of just ordering one.similar story.doesn’t sun with the app provided.doesn’t have heart rate monitor which it it aid it had.so very calmly I puy in a refund request.stating tge same reason.After wasting so much time with tge custimer care who just as a joke called up to say we cannot refund this for u .and I said if that was tge case then y did u even make an effort to call up.ur app cud have easily said the same.since the feature that was specifically mentioned their and was my trigger pt to buy this particular product I didn’t spend too much time with it.While talking to the girl from flipkart for a long time she kept on insisting it cannot be refunded.and u shud have seen ur otier confirmation where this pridiot specs was mentioned .I told her I order so much from so many apps I do not spend this time and I expect the app to be honest atleast.any ways while I was talking to her I tried to put it on and it was loose and feels like it wud drop while doing any sort of daily routine. .flipkart wud certainly like that coz this whole charade wud be over then.I told her .then please not this is loose and get this replaced.It already wasn’t syncing with my phone. .so replace it.and if I don’t like it I would get this replied 10 times. before u realise that now it’s better if we had refunded him the money and accepted our mistake. .lol.then suddenly aa male voice tge floor in charge comes online and says we cannot tak take is request coz u have changed ur stance.what a joke I want a replacement.period.I told him to get me a call back arranged.any ways.I have decided to share this experience so that.u don’t get fleeced by flipkart.Amazon is far far better than flipkart. hope they come to their senses and realize that they cannot force down their products.its not an underwear or a pacemaker for gods sake .its just a fitness band/watch.what’s wrong with u guys.I have the recording of the conversation to support this claim.flipkart honchos take note.
