No matter how hard you try, you are unable to redeem your hard-earned money through Flipkart because they perhaps think publishers are no where in their business responsibility list. Unable to redeem because no matter how many times I upload my voter id and pan card as part of their My Account formality, either the same is removed the next time I login or today before writing this review, submit button was inactive. When I contacted their customer support of why my uploaded documents vanish like Mr. India, they told it’s because I have chosen EFT option which requires 1000 Rs. accumulating which they start their review process of verifying Pan card and address proof. Strange! Now that I have opted for Gift option which needs Rs 250 as minimum, I am unable to upload my PAN and address proof details in order to redeem.
Their founder Mr. Bansal is seen complaining about Amazon.in taking over and requesting govt. authorities for favor. We as Indians should be thankful to Europeans and Americans for showing us to do the right way of doing business(it is because of them that we learned how to dress and how to eat in the first place).
