It’s hard to believe that even Flipkart is cheating its customers nowadays! I used to be a huuuuge Flipkart fan and used to order stuff from Flipkart regularly for myself and my family. Although the stuff was available at a comparatively cheaper price in other portals but I always chose Flipkart as it was more reliable and never let me down!
Now, I ordered a Xperia ZR for Rs.27, 750 from Flipkart on 16/08/2013 under the independence day offer which promised a Rs.1000 assured cash-back which was to be credited to my Flipkart wallet on or before 30/08/2013. 4 days have passed since then but no news. Their customer care executives are not attending calls.
The same phone was available at a price of Rs.26, 200 on Ebay , indiatimesshopping, Tradus (after applying coupon) but I thought since i’ll get 1000 rs cash-back , so its better I give 5-700rs extra and choose the more reliable website.
But it was a horrible mistake. The deal costed me Rs.1700 more. And its not just me, this has happened to innumerable people and Flipkart refuses to answer! All I can say is that Flipkart has become a major disappointment and has for sure lost a majority of its regular customers!! Never ever am I going to use Flipkart for buying anything again.
