Flipkart has delivering more dissatisfaction

I am an Flipkart first subscribed customer. I was very satisfied by their service. Yes really good at delivering few goods. But very worst customer care.


But the legacy of their service has declined a lot.


I used to tell my friends that its really good servicing company, until unless its started  frustrating me also.

  1. Their customer care service is really pathetic. If you ask or write something they reply something else.

I will give one example how their CC service will reply to u r mails after 1 or days after you send mail to them: I sent mail to them saying for a particular item, I am not able to buy getting their error message " OOPs! .". with all the explanation with error message.

After using their website more than 2 years and Subscribing to there FS,  they sent me the steps to use. What a tragedy. It’s just simple example.

  1. If you get product on time and good quality with proper size, right spec then u r lucky. If not their Service desk will show you near to hell frustration.

  2. Also they started to cancel your order item after 5-6 days saying "We regret to inform you that.". What the hell, if u r not able to delivery it don’t show in u r site. or atleast inform by 1 or two day. Why the hell u wast our time. We do have of options to buy and u r not the only one.

  3. Looks like they are getting lot of investments, good and let god bless them more. But if you won’t give better service, u will be thrown out of market one day. There are lot of examples in the history who lead market in no1 position and no more exists now.

Hope that They read our comments and better their service.
