Flipkart is the best online shopping in terms of purchase, replacement and as well as refund policy. Its customer service is average but app is enough for these problems.
Placing order is very good and there are a wide range of variety. F assured service is really awesome which provides delivery of any item within 24 hours.
Refund policy is better than any other sites except Amazon.
But one thing keep in mind that there is no refund policy now in electronics items. They only provide replacement, not refund.
One thing which makes Flipkart better amongst others that is its full refund include shipping charges, while other sites refund only price value of item not its shipping cost.
