I placed orders on Flipkart.com and I received my product on time and when I opened the product(of which I had already paid) I saw it is different product(with the right bill) and also that was an empty box. Which I can also term illegal.
When I called their customer care center They said that it they will replace my product and Also I received a written email from flipkart team for order number 0D00019666705913585700 .TH email was received on 11:26 AM 5th FEb 2015.

The email had promised date of 7th Feb 2015 delivery
When I called them they actually didnt bothered to care for non delivery and started to day that the date that they promised is 12 th feb and they ahd received approval for giving me product on 5th feb only.
NOW TELL me if they have sent an written commitment of 7th feb and already taken money with a wrong delivery.(which I am sure they will never return me) How can they say on phone a different date.
I know for some people it is not a big thing but It is myhard earned money and also It is my consumer right. Also it is a commitment by a retail giant of our country.
The customer care people did not even bother for my concern on wrong delivery I also had word with supervisors.
No one cares for people and think that we consumers are fools.
I must say one thing that such act is unprofessional and unacceptable.
