Flipkart might be a visionary e-commerce service and the first one in India to completely change the game of online shopping. But it still isn’t the best one out there. I say you’re safe till you only buy low range products from flipkart but when it comes to expensive electronics and other stuff you better not risk your hard earned money on it. This is from my experience. Trusted flipkart with buying a panasonic led 50 inch tv and that was in july 2017. The TV was fabulous. Though after two weeks it’s display stopped working and I could only hear the audio. After almost ten days of complaining to Panasonic and flipkart and them keeping me in loop and filing a request for replacement of TV all I got was a repair of its display panel. And even that took them two weeks to do it so technically I was without a TV for two weeks. And my family had no one to blame except me. Their excuse was that one out of every thousand pieces turns out like that. That being said the worse part of all that being the fact that flipkart’s replacement policy being valid for only ten days which is just a farce.
