Bought a Samsung Note from them on the 13th of Jan.
So far, it has crashed 4 times, the screen flickers, the home button feels like its years old and the touch screen is so buggered that my phones been making calls, running apps, putting ppl on hold.all on its own.
Flipkarts solution is to keep getting their tech team to call with suggestions on how to fix the phone.
So far, I have done all that they have told me - from running an anti virus software, to hard rebooting the phone. they are still insisting that I have to reboot my phone yet again. That it must be proven that my phone CANNOT BE FIXED for them to replace it.
But as a paying customer, my question is that WHY should a phone that isnt even a month old need to be fixed at all!? in fact, it has been having problems since 2 weeks into buying it - as recorded by flipkarts customer care.
Would love to hear any suggestions on how to get my phone replaced / my money back please - I doubt flipkart is keen to live up to the promise they are making on their site and national TV!
UPDATE, 2 hrs post complaining about flipkart on their Facebook page, my facebook page and on mouthshut: Just want to go on record and thank flipkart very much for finally agreeing to replace my defective phone. I wish theyd done this more proactively and not allowed the situation to escalate to this point. look fwd to getting my replacement ASAP.
