Flipkart.com is the worst website, the experience of shopping was shocking. Very surprise to see how this is one of the popular shopping site in India is cheating with people. My recent experience, when I ordered product from flipkart.
1.) They missed the scheduled delivery date.
2.) 2 days later they sent email saying we are sorry but we have to cancel the order and a refund will be initiated
3.) After 5 days no refund received. Raise a support request for refund.
Instead of refund the product arrives on 14th day of ordering and refund is cancelled.
Meanwhile we bought the product from else where , Now they will not initiate refund until they pick up the product back, And they are suggesting refund will take up to 10 days to reflect in our account.
One month of suffering and appalling customer service. And the only grace of reply, Mam this is our process and this is how we do business and we can’t get you to speak to some one who can take constructive feedback. if you like this to be escalated then email it to blah blah.
Just couldn’t believe this Flipkart is the site from where some one can actually buy again.
