I ordered a Hitachi Sugoi 1.5 Tons - RAU518HSDD Split AC from Flipkart on 23rd April 2012. In their site it was mentioned that the product was in stock and will be delivered within 5-7 days. I prepaid for the AC. On 30th April their web site was still showing that the item will be delivered within 6 days from the ordered date. When I contacted their Customer support they said that it will be delivered within 2 days. On 3rd may they informed me that the procurement team needs to procure and it will take 2 more days.
Not sure how many days it will take, I cancelled the order. They even removed my comments about their pathetic service mentioning some stupid remarks that they only keep comments about their product.
