In India, it was very to trust online marketplace where some of the key players won the trust in couple of years starting 2077 and so.
But in this marketplace, I think Flipkart is still far away from considering the customers confidence. Reason behind it customer treatment if some wrong product is delivered.
Recently I placed order for Internationa Law 9th edition and flipkart delivered "English Paper - 1 of ICSE". Though order value was around Rs 1000 but it was nightmare to get it back from flipkart. You call customer care, they will understand the problem and revert with fix script "Sorry can not help, backend will contact you if they need any information during return request approval. please wait for deadline date". On deadline date, backend rejects the request. Story kept repeating. in one series of followup, there had been more than 30 conversations. Wrote many a times to gievance cell of flipkart but no help at all. It was pathetic experience on this order.
Though, after a long time struggle, I got my money back I know many a people will giveup the way flipkart treats during such problems.
Will keep myself way from flipkart in future. Just writing here if tis review can help others to face this situation. I am sorry to say that rate 1 is minimum but it is too high rate for flipkart for their services.
