Better replacement policy than Amazon”
Flipkart and Amazon they both are comparable in terms of offers, products and delivery. The only thing which makes Flipkart one step ahead of Amazon is their refund/replacement policy. You got a faulty device which you had ordered and you want a replacement for that? Just inform them send them a request to replace it. A representative will come with a replacement and he’ll check your faulty device and he’ll hand over the replacement which on the other hand with Amazon it’s annoying. They want you to send your faulty equipment first and then after inspection( Not sure how they do it) they will send you a replacement which takes twice the time that Flipkart takes.
