They simply do what they promise. In terms of product, delivery, service and timliness.
I was given a two day delivery time and it was delivered the 2nd day. Packaging was just right, neither too much nor too little. Prices are not necessarily best, but good most of the time. If I find a product listed at a comparable price to another outlet, I’ll always order it here. Highly recommended.
They mention as 24x7 customer service, but it is actually 6x8. I pointed out this. They said they’ll correct it, but haven’t. This is my only grudge.
