I ordered lenevo k3 note a month back through my friend registered email id and within the timelines raised a complaint for my replacement .The side button of my phone was not working. I couldnt lock my phone neither restart it.

I requested multiple times that before return pickup please call me in advance so that I can leave the phone at home. However, that didnt happen and I started getting messages that we attempted delivery and you were not available. This is really ridiculous and pathetic service given by flip-kart.
At last I got my phone repaired after 1 month of hassle from outside.
After multiple followup still there no resolution provided by flip-kart which is really disappointing. They really dont care about there customer.they are more bothered about their merchant loss.
For this metal delima I want now a free replacement or complete refund in my account. I will not negotiate on the experience and hassle that I have gone through. If flipkart really believe in customer experience than its time to proof.
