I had a terrible experience with Flipkart(https://m.mouthshut.com/FlipkartSupport rel="nofollow" target="_blank" >https://m.mouthshut.com/Flipkart rel="nofollow" target="_blank" >@FlipkartSupport https://m.mouthshut.com/Flipkart rel="nofollow" target="_blank" >@Flipkart). I ordered the Freedom 125 on February 9, 2025, and despite multiple follow-ups, the delivery date has been changed three times. Now, it is showing March 15, 2025, which is more than a month-long delay!
Moreover, after making the purchase, I was asked to pay additional charges for insurance—charges, logistics charges, special other charges that were never clearly mentioned at the time of ordering. This lack of transparency is highly disappointing.
Flipkart’s customer support has been unhelpful, and I am highly disappointed. I strongly advise against purchasing from Flipkart, especially for high-value products. It is better to buy from a local dealer rather than going through this frustrating experience.
I hope Flipkart resolves this issue soon, or I will be forced to escalate the matter further to consumer forums.
