To play it safe going with my previous experiences with Flipcart. I ordered a moto g4 plus couple of months ago. Received my parcel in 3 days.
Delivery timeliness - perfect 5/5
Post unboxing and using it for few weeks I noticed its scareen tarting to work automatically while on charging.
I never use my phone while on charging therefore couldnt notice this or weeks.
I called customer care, filled a complain and even asked for exchange. But nothing happended the exchanging time limit date was gone so they said we couldnt help you. And reffered me a service centre.
I took it to the service centre where I realized most of the moto upcoming phones having several issues. they kept my phone for a week, gave I back I chceked it there it was fine took it home in another two days again the same problem.
Got back to service centre again kept for week. And same af problem nothing chnaged. I called flipcart for exchnge now as it was repaired twice but nothing happended.
They asked me to get a document from moto customer service centre which states that they are unable to rectify problem in this handset. Only then it would be replaced and no company would sanction such letters. So yaa at the end m stuck with this phone. Surely not taking it to service center again.
And flipcart been so supportive.
