I got a delivery of Puma shoes without any tag on it. I objected while getting the delivery but delivery person gave it to me insisting that tag is not an issue. Now when I am having issue with the fit of shoes and I want to return them back , Flipkart is rejecting my return request. Customer care agents are not able to handle this matter. Sometimes they are raising return request under fit issue and sometimes under multiple issues and sometimes under MRP tag missing issue and everytime seller is rejecting my return request. This process is going on since last 7 days. Now my return window is going to close in 3 days. I am seriously planning to moving to consumer court, not only because of these shoes but the amount of mental harrasment I had to face due to this issue. I wanted to give these shoes to my servant on this Diwali but you people ruined it.
