Flipkart fraud for replacement (DO NOT ACCEPT)

I got MOTO G2 from flipkart, and I found some defect in mobile. I asked for replacement of the mobile and Flipkart gave some stupid reason like "we confirmed with moto g2 company.


That there is no defect in mobile" BULLSH!T, then also I forced them to replace it then they asked me to come in the shop(only 2 shops in Bangalore) and they will check and then they will replace it.


But I told that I purchased mobile online so it is flipkart responsibility to provide service, I refused that option. Finally flipkart told me that they will not replace the mobile (still in replacement guarantee period 30 days), they settled my problem with some amount in my flipkart wallet.


One more cheating by flipkart, the wallet amount we can use only for WS retailer and that retailer is selling only 2 products which are of no use at all.


I mailed this issue to flipkart, and I received only auto generated reply NOTHING ELSE. Flipkart does not have answers for these.


I am requesting Flipkart please. Stop these fraud, people has faith on your service so be in it. DON’T CHEAT.
