I am a regular online shopper and I used to purchase products with Flipkart before it turned out to be market place model.
Since then my experience with them has gone bad. Faulty products, no proper return/ refund policy. It has lot of hidden clauses in it. I recently purchased a mobile phone to be gifted to someone. It was dispatched by their sister concern eKart. I wanted the order in urgent, so I searched on Google and entire eKart website for their contact number. To my surprise, there is no phone number.
Then I called Flipkart, they just had one answer, "We are sorry sir we dont have their phone number, please send email and we will revert you in 24 working hours." This story continued for more than 1 hour but still no phone number. This is the worst e-commerce website, that doesnt even have its logistics phone number.
I would request you to be aware when ever your order is dispatched via eKart as you cant contact them and they will deliver it as per their wish.
