I am using flipkart from aprx 4 years and ordered so many items but still after 4 years I am not satisfied with flipkart Customer support and Delivery process. I ordered Shoes on 7th july 2016 and as per them delivery time is next 6 days so I was waiting for my product till 14 July but I dont know why they havent delivered my product till promise date.
for this issue I contacted Flipkart customer support team via email but they responded "Your product will be delivered in next 2 days "means they will deliver my product till 16 july.
but again they passed 16 july and I havent received anything so in 3rd attemt they delivered my product on 18th july and gave me reason for this "We tried to contact you but you havent picked our courier boys call" they lying because I havent received any single missed call by their side. Product was good but their system of delivery and Delivery status on website was not updated due to their poor technicall program of website. These types of incidents of delivery and poor customer support makes Flipkart unreliable.
all the time customer support mentioned same copy pasted response on email just like robotic response.
