I brought two customised mattresses been 9 months and am still struggling with this product. First matress all the 4 edges are up in air some how and doesn’t settle well on my bed. Second one even tho i ordered a bigger mattress so tht no patch job would be done considering the customisation yet there they are the mattress is with full shody patch work inspite of me paying extra for this one. They promised to give a mattress protector cos of a month delay in the mattress and tht too is stuck somewhere. The emails to the customer care are unanswered. Calls are not returned back. Highly unprofessional and irresponsible. I have been calling them every single day since past week but all in vain. Don’t know how to get my money back because i dont see them resolving this issue forever.
Even if they sell amazing mattress but their lack of responsibility and quality is all getting them negative marking. I stuck to flo and put up wid them cos the product is too comforting but thts not the only thing if it doesn’t fit ur criteria.
