This is the second time I am facing problems with this service. These people do not even send orders for delivery until you call and chase them. I strongly discourage people from using this service. My order was to be delivered in one of the central business areas in Mumbai. That too was not delivered in time. Upon calling mid day, all they could tell me was it will be delivered before 5 pm. They did not even know if the delivery man is actually on the way.
