Birthday cake was not delivered on date. When called they just said, their service provider will have to be called. I just dont understand. I pay money to FloraIndia and when they do not give service in time, I am asked to wait for the service provider to respond.
When asked what could be the next course of action, he just tells that only the service provider can answer and not them. It is already a one day delayed and their service provider is yet to respond to me. They just do not have their system working correctly. You must be lucky enough if you go through. I am not placing any more orders as this is the 2nd consecutive time I face a similar act of irresposiveness.
I tried reaching their customer service for the second time, only to find out they do not lift my call any more. I definetly do not want to be paying anybody to just figure out later that they have no respect for my money. They promise a lot on their website and under deliver.
