My order no. was IK7526 of Rs1200 for flowers and chocolates is still not delivered, in spite of ordering ten days before date of delivery. They spoiled my Valentine’s Day. They do not deliver as promised and they also do not respond to emails.
I am not able to contact on their help desk numbers they are always busy. After calling 100 times, they pick up your call. I talked to Ms. Pooja Sharma thrice and she does not have any reply and has no proof of delivery from their delivery partner. My experience has been extremely terrible.
I am contemplating taking them to consumer court for non delivery of items and I will not bear any kind of Injustice/fraud like this.
They do not give any firm date/ period before which they will close a complaint
They are cheaters, I m still waiting for the refund. I Will advice all never use their services.
