It can be called as the worst experience of my online shopping. I mean you would never imagine getting a wrong item and upon that the rudeness in which the customer service responds will boil up yoir blood.
I recently ordered a cake for my mom’s birthday and it didn’t even send me the cake that I ordered let alone the te at which it sent. And the price remains high without even considering their service.
And at the time of professional ethics the customer support has to talk to you in a very nice way, but they defy that. Overall the experience was a disaster and I would not recommend anyone to shop in it.
