These cheaters only take your money, but do not deliver the product, let alone delivering it on time. They have ruined my Mother’s day surprise. I had ordered fresh flowers and cake yesterday, specially requesting it to be delivered early morning, however nothing has been delivered as yet(8 PM IST 11th May 2014 Mother’s Day).
The two numbers mentioned on their site are as useless as their services. Both the lines are engaged since morning. Nobody would care to answer your call. Also, the email id mentioned is fake. My email bounced back.The email sent to grievance cell was not replied by anybody either.
Order tracking would only show ’Processing’ once they pickpocket you. So there is practically no way to track your order.
DO NOT USE THIS SITE. They are totally fraud. The positive reviews and testimonials are also fake and misleading. Probably paid for and written by these frauds themselves. I believe the consumer court should take action against them and put a huge fine on them for cheating people like this.
