This has been my worst customer care experience till date, I had placed an order for my niece’s birthday from Floraindia.com on 15th August, as these guys did not deliver my order for some reasons God knows, and when I called them to refund my money back.
First of all the customer care was not ready to accept I had placed the order in day time after sending him several emails for time proof, and after all this rude attitude: the guy yells on phone:
"useless people place orders on national holidays, we don’t work on 15th August." "faltu log chutti ke din bhi order bhajate hain" (his exact words in hindi)
If this is reason, fine!! Then y did u accept my order and charge my card for the payment. You guys shouldn’t have accepted my order in the first place.
