Hello everyone, This is a honest feed back I am giving after Ordering twice from Flora India.
Sent a very old cake.
Didn’t even wrote the message on the cake.
We select some cute teddy bear to be sent and what they send is a small and ugly bear toy which beats drums.
No proper response after cake delivery when we complain and send several emails to the email which they furnished for getting the feedback and complaints.
All these made whatever surprise I have planned to become an utter failure:( . I gave a second chance to them and they have again proved that they would send some crap cakes.
