It’s 6.30 pm now and still my simple order of bouquet and a sweet has not reached my parents. I had called in noon and was told IT WILL GET DELIVERED BY 4, BUT THERE IS NO GUARANTEE!
Guys, you are not doing a favour here. There are many companies out there who deliver in time. I thought if trying this one this time due to more attractive flower arrangements and got disappointed with the service.
When I called again, the person says that the delay is because your town is not one of our service areas, whereas actually they have included it and every other town in their list of flower delivery cities. I’ll wait to see if the quality of the sweet & the flower arrangement is at least ok.
