I ordered gift two weeks before Rakhi. 12 hours before Rakhi day, they said the order cannot be delivered since it is out of their coverage area. If you can’t deliver, you would have told me when I ordered. This way I would have manage some other alternate. They commited to refund the money. Its 11 days now and no refund. I sent an email thrice but no update yet.
They play with your feelings. They have no right to be in business.
